Fix – The Computer Restarted Unexpectedly or Encountered an Unexpected Error in Windows 10
Sometimes issue gets fixed when users click on the OK button to restart the device. In case, you have already done that but have no luck in fixing the issue, then you should try the following workaround:
When you’re on the screen showing an error message, use the SHIFT + F10 key combo to open Command Prompt.
Here, type regedit and hit enter. Doing this will open Registry Editor.
Next, you need to head over to the following key location: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\sySTEM\Setup\status\ChildCompletion

On the right side, you will find the DWORD 32-Bit value named Setup.exe. Double-click on it and set the Value data to 3.
Once done, close everything thing and reboot your device. This time you will be able to install Windows 10 without any error message.
